Courses Offered

Course 1 – 1 Day Introductory Course based around the EX engine.
The primary aim is fault finding and trouble shooting and theory of how a Laser Printer works. Specific focus on the EX range of engines with a look at AX and VX engines time permitting.

Course 2 – 2 Day Intensive Course based on the HP4000 and WX engines.
This is a more comprehensive course structured around these 2 engines and delving into error messages and image defects. A separate engine is covered each day.

Course 3 – 2 Day In Depth Look at colour printing with the HP5M and 4500.
This course breaks down the colour printers and the differences between monochrome and colour printing and error messages and fault finding.

Course 4 – 2 Day Lexmark Course based on the 4049 and Optra S & T engines.
This course goes over the Lexmark printer with strip and reassemble and fault finding.

All course notes are regularly updated with the latest information from our tech support area and forums to maintain the best level of information available. We are currently developing new courses with more details to be released later this year.
